You make the choice.
Choose Kevin Perez, Tracy Bates or Cole McDaniel as your preferred independent captain at $70/hour, paid separately. All three are available to request; actual trip availability is checked after you submit.
You can select a captain, decline the available options, or provide an outside properly qualified captain. No captain is assigned automatically.
Choose a preferred captainYour engagement is direct.
You directly select, hire and pay the captain before departure. Captains are independently hired; being listed or marking availability does not establish employment with GonNauti.
You may dismiss a captain for cause, subject to applicable agreements and law. After your selection, the owner/representative, you and your captain are introduced in a three-way group chat.
Prefer to bring a captain or operate personally?
An outside captain must be properly qualified and reviewed under the applicable agreement and insurance requirements. Personal operation is an option only if legally permitted, you are properly qualified, and the required approval is obtained. Choose either option on your request.
A captain preference is not an engagement or reservation. GonNauti reviews actual availability and qualifications separately. Private credential records are never displayed publicly.
Charter terms, captain qualifications and vessel operation remain subject to executed agreements, insurance requirements and applicable law.
