Booking & payment
Submit your charter request first. We manually confirm vessel availability and trip details; submitting this form does not confirm a reservation. Payments are currently handled through Square outside this website. There is no online checkout.
- A 20% vessel deposit is due when the booking is confirmed.
- The remaining 80% vessel balance is due 7 days before departure.
- You directly hire and pay your independent captain before departure.
For requests made inside the seven-day balance window, we will confirm payment timing directly before accepting the booking.
Cancellation & weather
If the trip cannot proceed because of captain cancellation, unsafe weather or another qualifying unforeseen event, a full refund is provided unless both parties agree to reschedule or accept company credit.
Final weather and safety decisions may involve your selected captain and the applicable charter terms. Exact cutoff times and how the refund policy applies to separate captain agreements must be confirmed in the executed agreements.
Fuel, pickup & optional extras
Fuel, without the guesswork.
There is no included fuel allowance. You pay fuel after the trip under the agreed actual settlement process. The boat should begin and end each charter topped off; we normally return to the fuel dock at the end to refill.
Consumption depends on itinerary, speed, weather and conditions. Request a prepaid fuel quote during booking if you prefer; it needs manual confirmation.
Custom pickups require a custom quote for applicable repositioning fuel and captain travel time.
No client docking fees are currently charged at Islamarina or Stock Island Yacht Club. The fishing package costs $150 and includes 2 rods, bait and chum; a floating pad costs $50 additional. Ten adult universal-size snorkel sets are included at no extra charge.
Optional gratuity
Approximately 20% of the overall outing cost is recommended, commonly ranging from $100 to $500. Gratuity is always optional and based on service. You decide whether and how much to tip.
Onboard expectations
Up to 12 guests plus one captain. The bathroom cannot be used underway. Cabin air conditioning is battery-powered, requires closed doors for effective cooling and has limited operating time depending on lithium-battery charge and conditions.
All destinations and activities are subject to time, weather, marine conditions, legal restrictions, vessel limitations and your selected captain.
Charter terms, captain qualifications and vessel operation remain subject to executed agreements, insurance requirements and applicable law.
