Bareboat charter & captain choice
The intended arrangement is a bareboat/demise charter. You select and independently hire and pay your captain, may decline roster options, may propose an outside properly qualified captain, or may request review to operate personally if legally permitted and approved. Actual rights and responsibilities are established by executed agreements and applicable law.

Vessel, itinerary & conditions
The vessel accommodates up to 12 guests plus one captain. All destinations and activities are subject to time, weather, marine conditions, legal restrictions, vessel limitations and your selected captain. No destination, wildlife sighting, activity, captain availability or weather condition is guaranteed.
Payments & policies
Vessel and captain payments are separate. Review the pricing disclosures and payment, fuel and cancellation policies. Final agreements govern the applicable contractual terms; clarify any inconsistency before signing or paying.
Business identity & legal documents
GonNauti Florida Keys Charters is the working public brand. The contracting legal entity will be identified in the executed agreement. Any draft legal agreement requires review by a qualified Florida maritime attorney and the insurance carrier before production use.
