When you submit a charter request, we collect your contact details and the trip information you choose to share, including requested dates, pickup, guest count, children’s ages and accommodation needs. Please avoid entering sensitive medical details, payment-card information or identity documents.
How it is used
We use this information to review availability, discuss pricing, respond by your preferred contact method, arrange your requested trip and maintain booking records. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.
Sharing for your trip
Relevant details may be shared with your selected captain and service providers that support the booking process. Following captain selection, you, the captain and the owner/representative are introduced in a group chat, which shares the participants’ contact information. Captain contact details and customer records are not published on this site.
Vessel payments are handled separately through Square outside this website. Square’s own terms and privacy policy apply to information you provide to Square.
Storage & security
Requests are stored in a private operational database when the request service is connected. Access is restricted to authorized operational use. No system can guarantee absolute security. Records may be retained as needed for operations, contractual obligations, insurance and applicable law; the final retention schedule is subject to owner and professional review.
Cookies & contact preferences
This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing subscriptions. Hosting services may process technical request data for delivery and security. Booking-related call/text consent is used for your inquiry; message and data rates may apply. Tell us if your contact preference changes.
Questions or requests
Call or text 305-393-7061 to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.
